1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

2. Spray a muffin pan with a generous amount of cooking spray and set aside.

3. In a separate sauté pan over medium heat, spray some more cooking spray and add your olive oil. Next add in your onions, asparagus, and bell pepper and sauté them for at least 7 to 9 minutes or until they are fully cooked through. Season with some salt and set aside for later use.

4. In a medium sized bowl blend together your eggs, egg whites and milk with a whish until completely combined.
